Impeach Bush for lies propelling U.S. to war

The Bush regime told lies to get support for its pre-emptive war against a country that posed no threat to our borders. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, introduced a “Resolution of Inquiry to demand the White House turn over all white papers, minutes, notes, e-mails or other communications kept by the White House Iraq Group (WHIG).”

“This group, comprised of the president and vice president’s top aides, was critical in selling the administration’s case for war,” Kucinich said. “We now know that the administration hyped intelligence and misled the American public and Congress in their effort to ‘sell’ the war. After 2,000 American troops have been killed in Iraq, it is long past time for this Congress to ask serious questions about WHIG and its role in the lead-up to the war.”

If President Clinton could be impeached for lying about an extramarital affair, President Bush should face impeachment for lying us into this unnecessary war in Iraq, which has killed 2,000 of our citizens and vast numbers of innocent Iraqis.

I entreat all people of conscience to take a stand against this awful war and the people who fomented it. Support Kucinich’s Resolution of Inquiry, and speak out against those who are ruining our country.

"I think we need to be honest about what’s taking place in America, after all we’re a country of the rule of law- and we got people breakin law. And the question is how best to bring what’s happening to light in an honest an legal way."
 George W. Bush

Slideshow with audio of BushCo lies(5mb wmv) combined with Photos of Iraq- ie the consequences of the lies. Look at all of the carnage and destruction caused by these blatant lies. (Some graphic photos, but not too gory, just heart wrenching)

The Lies you will hear:

"I don’t know anybody that I can think of who has contended that the Iraqis had nuclear weapons."
 Donald Rumsfeld

"The evidence indicates that Iraq has reconstituted it’s nukular weapons program. Saddam Hussein has held numerous meetings with Iraqi nukular scientists, a group he calls his Nukular Mujaheddin, his Nukular Holy Warriors."
 George W. Bush

Added: 2nd Slideshow- The Heart of Iraq- 3.2 mb AVI video

"Facing clear evidence of peril, we cannot wait for the final proof, the smoking gun that could come in the form of a mushroom cloud."
 George W. Bush

"Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt that he is amassing them to use them against our friends, against our allies and against us."
 Dick Cheney

"Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that the Iraqi regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised."
 George W. Bush

"Every statement I make today is backed up by sources, solid sources, these are not assertions. What we’re giving you are facts and conclusions based on solid intelligence. There can be no doubt that Saddam Hussein has biological weapons and the capability to rapidly produce more- many more- and he has the ability to dispense these lethal poisons and diseases in ways that can cause massive death and destruction. Most of the launcher and warheads have been hidden in large groves of palm trees.... This is evidence, not conjecture. This is true- this is all well documented."
 Colin Powell

"We won’t be proven wrong."
 George W. Bush

Re: the uranium reference in Bush’s 2003 State of the Union Address

Tim Russert: "How’d it get back in?"

Condi Rice: "It’s not a matter of getting back in, it’s a matter Tim, that three plus months later people didn’t remember that George Tenet had that it be taken out of the Cincinatti speech."

"There are a lot of people who lie and get away with it, that’s just a fact."
 Donald Rumsfeld

"People of the goodwill must also recognize that allowing a dangerous dictator to defy the world and build and arsenal for conquest and mass murder is not peace at all, it is pretense."
 George W. Bush

"If you harbor a terrorist, if you support a terrorist, if you feed a terrorist, you’re just as guilty as the terrorists."
George W. Bush The Legacy of George W Bush

DREAMERS! Fools abound in USA.Get this obtuse folks—you ain’t going to get changes. Read the cards(USA papers)---almost zero coverage, maybe backpages or one liners buried in the obitury columns and once mentioned and never to countinue.Recall Watergate— A onsolt-day to day by the media. So then, what gives with the dead Heb. media today?-this is for Israel!
Folks, the media is controlled by politicians and in Bushgate, iraqgate,Plumegate—they are hampered by both parties. The goals are the same—Republicans, Democrates, Zionist media all take orders from AIPAC.So writing until blue in the face ain’t going to change the minds of any Politick or polidick-what ever! Just maybe a donation of $100,000,just might get him or it, to think about it.

I’m afraid the American people still don’t get it. With the changes made by the Bush administration they are drifting back into the dark ages and the GOP gang will rule these country in the upcoming 20 years. Why should we care about dictatorship, if we still allowed to drive the SUV’s.

Mr. Kucinich has all the best of intentions, but the Senate rejected a similar resolution in September demanding an investigation into the Downing Street Memo’s. Don’t hold your breath on this. It seems neither Congerss nor the Senate plan to properly expose this mass corruption. Likely because many of them have money in big oil and gas and the death merchants stock.

What this country needs is a SECOND PARTY. this one party system isn’t working any more.

Jesus Christ, I forgot all about that child in the picture. Her parents were shot to death in front of her eyes at an American checkpoint. Try winning her heart and mind; she’ll be one of tommorow’s 9/11 pilots.

Vive l’Iraqi resistance.

".....tommorow’s 9/11 pilots."

Unfortunately, for those misled by the notion that (19 "Arab") individuals caused the events of Sept. 11. the truth has already been proven time and time again. It just won’t be prosecuted.

1. WTC was taken down by controlled demolitions - not by commercial airlines.
2. Passenger lists show no Arab persons on either flight.
3. Bin Laden’s family was flown out of the country during the no-fly order 2 days after 911.
4. All the gold in the vaults (truckloads of gold bars) in the basements of WTC was removed several days prior.
5. At lease 5 of the alleged ’hijackers’ has been located ALIVE in other countries since 911. The official government list hasn’t been updated.
6. The Pentagon swallowed 250 tons of airline without a trace.
7. Cell phones didn’t even work on commercial airliners until last year.
8. Molton steel was found in the basements of both twin towers 3 weeks AFTER the buildings were felled.
9. Jet fuel doesnt melt steel.
10. the Anthrax was made in the US - in military labs.

and 10. 3000 people perished in an event orchestrated, directed and covered up by the US Federal Govt, complicit with other international organizations and banking institutions.

This child is a victim of American greed and hunger for power - not Arab or "islamic" violence.

All very true and verifiable, but you’re missing my point entirely; I’m just trying to use the "official" story against itself. And, maybe future events will be dictated by present and past events.

How’s this for a scenario: Cockpits full of jooze on 9/11 chanting, "Those stupid americans will NEVER suspect us!!

Greater Israel, here we come!"

Impeach Bush yourself! This is much more than just a petition.

There’s a little known and rarely used clause of the in the rules for the House of Representatives which sets forth the various ways in which a president can be impeached. Only the House Judiciary Committee puts together the Articles of Impeachment, but before that happens, someone has to initiate the process.

That’s where we come in. In addition to the State-by-State method, one of the ways to get impeachment going is for individual citizens like you and me to submit a memorial. ImpeachforPeace.org has created a new memorial based on one which was successful in impeaching a federal official in the past. You can find it on their website as a PDF.

You can initiate the impeachment process yourself by downloading the memorial, filling in the relevant information in the blanks (your name, state, etc.), and sending it in.

http://ImpeachForPeace.org/ImpeachNow.html

More information on the precedent for submitting an impeachment
memorial, and the House Rules on this procedure, can also be found at
the above address.

If you have any doubts that Bush has committed crimes warranting
impeachment, read this page: http://ImpeachForPeace.org/evidence/

If you’re concerned that impeachment might not be the best strategy
at this point, read the bottom of this page: http://ImpeachForPeace.org/

I, European citizen, won’t let refugees be rejected in my name
Thursday 10 March
©Olivier Jobard/Myop I, European citizen, won’t let refugees be rejected in my name THE RIGHT TO ASYLUM IS A RIGHT In the phrase « right to asylum », every word matters. Under the law, every person who is persecuted because of his or her political opinions or because of his or her identity, every person that is endangered by violence, war or misery has a RIGHT to seek asylum in another country The aim of this petition is to collect (...)

Neo-Nazis and far-right protesters in Ukraine 3 live-stream
Friday 24 January

The far-right in Ukraine are acting as the vanguard of a protest movement that is being reported as pro-democracy. The situation on the ground is not as simple as pro-EU and trade versus pro-Putin and Russian hegemony in the region. When US Senator John McCain dined with Ukraine’s opposition leaders in December, he shared a table and later a stage with the leader of the extreme far-right Svoboda party Oleh Tyahnybok. This is Oleh Tyahnybok, he has claimed a "Moscow-Jewish mafia" (...)

International initiative to stop the war in Syria Yes to democracy, no to foreign intervention!
Thursday 13 December
Your support here: http://www.peaceinsyria.org/support.php We, the undersigned, who are part of an international civil society increasingly worried about the awful bloodshed of the Syrian people, are supporting a political initiative based on the results of a fact-finding mission which some of our colleagues undertook to Beirut and Damascus in September 2012. This initiative consists in calling for a delegation of highranking personalities and public figures to go to Syria in order to (...)

At first glance, the results of America’s 2012 election appear to be a triumph for social, racial, and economic justice and progress in the United States: California voters passed a proposition requiring the rich to shoulder their fair share of the tax burden; Two states, Colorado and Washington, legalized the recreational use of marijuana, while Massachusetts approved the use of marijuana for medical purposes; Washington and two other states, Maine and Maryland, legalized same-sex (...)

I’VE DECIDED TO "WASTE" MY VOTE
Sunday 28 October
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru
In a 2004 episode of Comedy Central’s animated series South Park, an election was held to determine whether the new mascot for the town’s elementary school would be a “giant douche” or a “turd sandwich.” Confronted with these two equally unpalatable choices, one child, Stan Marsh, refused to vote at all, which resulted in his ostracization and subsequent banishment from the town. Although this satirical vulgarity was intended as a commentary on the two (...)

HIGHER EDUCATION IN AMERICA: DREAM OR NIGHTMARE? PART IV
Friday 28 September
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru
PART I PART II PART III If there is one major inconsistency in life, it is that young people who know little more than family, friends and school are suddenly, at the age of eighteen, supposed to decide what they want to do for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, because of their limited life experiences, the illusions they have about certain occupations do not always comport to the realities. I discovered this the first time I went to college. About a year into my studies, I (...)

HIGHER EDUCATION IN AMERICA: DREAM OR NIGHTMARE? PART III
Friday 28 September
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru
PART I PART II PART IV Disillusioned with the machinations of so-called “traditional” colleges, I became an adjunct instructor at several “for-profit” colleges. Thanks largely to the power and pervasiveness of the Internet, “for-profit” colleges (hereinafter for-profits) have become a growing phenomenon in America. They have also been the subject of much political debate and the focus of a Frontline special entitled College Inc. Unlike traditional (...)

HIGHER EDUCATION IN AMERICA: DREAM OR NIGHTMARE? PART II
Friday 28 September
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru
PART I PART III PART IV Several years ago, a young lady came into the college where I was teaching to inquire about a full-time instructor’s position in the sociology department. She was advised that only adjunct positions were available. Her response was, “No thanks. Once an adjunct, always an adjunct.” Her words still echo in my mind. Even as colleges and universities raise their tuition costs, they are relying more and more on adjunct instructors. Adjuncts are (...)

HIGHER EDUCATION IN AMERICA: DREAM OR NIGHTMARE? PART I
Friday 28 September
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru
PART II PART III PART IV When The Bill of Rights was added to the United States Constitution over two hundred years ago, Americans were blessed with many rights considered to be “fundamental.” One conspicuously missing, however, was the right to an education. This was not surprising given the tenor of the times. America was primarily an agrarian culture, and education, especially higher education, was viewed as a privilege reserved for the children of the rich and (...)

ONE SOLITARY LIFE, PART TWO

If there is one universal question that haunts all human beings at some point in their lives, it is, “Why do we die?” Death, after all, is the great illogic. It ultimately claims all, the rich and the poor, the mighty and the small, the good and the evil. Death also has the capability to make most human pursuits—such as the quest for wealth, fame and power—vacuous and fleeting. Given this reality, I have often wondered why so many people are still willing to (...)

HOW MUCH CORRUPTION CAN DEMOCRACY ENDURE?
Thursday 28 June
by : David R. Hoffman, Legal Editor of Pravda.Ru

How much corruption can a “democracy” endure before it ceases to be a democracy? If five venal, mendacious, duplicitous, amoral, biased and (dare I say it) satanic Supreme Court “justices”—John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Anthony Kennedy—have their way, America will soon find out. In several previous articles for Pravda.Ru, I have consistently warned how the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United decision is one of the (...)

DEMOCRACY IN THE HANDS OF IDIOTS, PART TWO

Imagine, if you will, that the United States government passes a law banning advertisers from sponsoring commercials on Rush Limbaugh’s radio show or Rupert Murdoch’s Fox (Faux) “News” Network. On one hand, there would be two decided advantages to this ban: The National IQ would undoubtedly increase several percentage points, and manipulative pseudo-journalists would no longer be able to appeal to the basest instincts in human nature for ratings and profit while (...)

LIVE, from the State that brought you Senator Joseph McCarthy, Wisconsin voters now proudly present, fresh from his recall election victory, Governor Scott Walker! At first glance, it is almost unfathomable that anyone with a modicum of intelligence would have voted to retain Scott Walker as Wisconsin’s governor. This, after all, is a man who openly declared he is trying to destroy the rights of workers through a “divide and conquer” strategy; who received 61% of the (...)

PEOPLE WITHOUT SOULS

A question I’ve frequently been asked since I began writing for Pravda.Ru in 2003 is, “Why did you become disillusioned with the practice of law?” This question is understandable, particularly since, in most people’s minds, being an attorney is synonymous with wealth and political power. I’ve always been reluctant to answer this question for fear it will discourage conscientious and ethical people from pursuing careers in the legal profession—a (...)
