Get Climate Criminal Apartheid Australia to ICC for Climate Racism, Climate Terrorism, Climate Genocide

Global warming-threatened nations should urgently take Climate criminal Apartheid Australia to the International Criminal Court (ICC) over Climate Racism, Climate Terrorism and Climate Genocide.

The First World continues to ignore worsening, First World-imposed, Climate Racism and Climate Genocide that is set to kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century due to unaddressed climate change, this including 6 billion infants, 3 billion Muslims, 2 billion Indians, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis.

The world is witnessing a worsening Climate Genocide driven by First World greed and Climate Racism - already 16 million people die avoidably each year from deprivation and this is increasingly impacted by man-made climate change (see my book “Body Count. Racist White Australia has a long record of racism and involvement in genocide that continues unabated today (see "Australia’s Secret Genocide History. Australia has been involved in all post-1950 US Asian wars for Asian resources, notably climate change-driving fossil fuels, that have been associated, so far, with 25 million Indigenous Asian excess deaths - US state terrorism, Australian state terrorism and indeed Climate Terrorism.

However many countries (notably those of the Developing World) are cognizant of the danger from man-made climate change and are variously taking steps to protect themselves.

Thus the only major country to make a major commitment over climate change has so far been India through its Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. According to the leading Australian newspaper, the Sydney Morning Herald: “The most tangible target Singh has offered is to pledge that his country’s per capita CO2 emissions will never exceed the average of developing countries” (see Matt Wade, “Don’t leave sacrifices to us, says scientist”, Sydney Morning Herald, 10 July 2009 : http://www.smh.com.au/environment/g... ).

PM Manmohan Singh’s pledge is consistent with the views of top scientists who declare that we must have “100% renewable energy by 2020” (see: http://sites.google.com/site/100ren... ), “Cut carbon emissions 80% by 2020” (see: http://sites.google.com/site/cutcar... ) and that we must DECREASE atmospheric CO2 to 300 ppm from the present climate-disrupting 390 ppm (see 300.org: http://sites.google.com/site/300org... ).

Further, India has taken draconian steps to protect itself from the South Asian consequences of First World-imposed climate change by constructing a deadly Great Wall of India that fences in Bangladesh. This Great Wall of India is ostensibly about “smuggling” and “economic refugees” but the patently obvious reality being addressed is worsening, First World-imposed, climate racism and climate genocide that is set to kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century due to unaddressed climate change, this including 6 billion infants, 3 billion Muslims, 2 billion Indians, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis.

The Indians’ perceived need for a Wall is illustrated by the 1971 Bengali Holocaust perpetrated by the US-backed Pakistan Army (3 million killed, 0.3 million women raped), in which India had to deal with 10 million Bangladeshi refugees. India was forced to intervene militarily despite the acute nuclear threat from the US Navy (for a detailed account see Christopher Hitchens’ book “The Trial of Henry Kissinger” (Text, Melbourne, 2001)).

According to an article by Delwar Hussein in the UK Guardian Comment-is-Free entitled “Fencing off Bangladesh” (see: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentis... ): “In the last six months, more than 50 people have been killed alongside the 2,500-mile barbed wire fence that India is building around its neighbour, Bangladesh…Between 2000 and 2007, more than 700 Bangladeshis and an unknown number of Indians were killed next to the boundaries of the two states. Most deaths occurred at the hands of the Border Security Force (BSF), the Indian border guard corps … The eight-foot high barbed wire fencing cuts villages in two and divides agricultural lands and markets. It separates families and communities, cutting across mangrove swamps, forests and mountains.”

There may well be a further reason for the Bengali Wall. Mega-delta Bengal (Bangladesh and India’s West Bengal) is acutely threatened by man-made global warming (anthropogenic global warming, AGW) due to inundation due sea level rise (SLR) and storm surges from greatly more energetic hurricanes. I warned of this impending disaster a decade ago in a book entitled “Jane Austen and the Black Hole of British history. Colonial rapacity, holocaust denial and the crisis in biological sustainability” (G.M. Polya, Melbourne, 1998, 2008: http://janeaustenand.blogspot.com/ ).

Top UK climate scientist Dr James Lovelock FRS has estimated that fewer than 1 billion people will survive this century due to unaddressed, mainly First World-complicit global warming – a climate racist climate genocide involving the avoidable death of 10 billion non-Europeans including 6 billion infants, 3 billion Muslims, 2 billion Indians, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis (see: “Climate Disruption, Climate Emergency, Climate Genocide & Penultimate Bengali Holocaust through Sea Level Rise”: http://sites.google.com/site/yarrav... ).

This already commenced, worsening climate genocide and Bengali Holocaust will be 100 times bigger in terms of deaths than the 1971 Bengali Holocaust (in which US-backed West Pakistan troops killed 3 million Bengalis in a mostly male-specific gendercide and raped 0.3 million Bengali women), 30 times greater than the 1769-1770 Great Bengal Famine under the rapacious British (10 million over-taxed Bengalis starved to death) and 50 times greater than the WW2 Bengali Holocaust in which 6-7 million Indians were deliberately starved to death under the British in 1943-1945 (for a recent BBC account involving myself, Nobel Laureate Professor Amartya Sen and other scholars see “Bengal Famine”: http://www.open2.net/thingsweforgot... ).

India and Bangladesh can do something about this looming climate genocide by taking the major climate criminal culprits – notably anti-Asian, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, Islamophobic and climate criminal Apartheid Australia - to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and by doing this NOW. All decent people – must (a) inform everyone they can about the worsening Climate Genocide and (b) urge Sanctions, Boycotts, Green Tariffs, Reparations Demands and International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutions against climate criminal Apartheid Australia and indeed against all people, corporations and countries complicit in the worsening Climate Genocide.
