Charlie is very lucky all he recieved was non-judical punishment. I noticed you left out many detials that would shed light on the why he was charged. Kindly provide all the details so that the people who visit this site can have all the facts regarding Charlie’s behavior. I know the facts and would love to post them but I cannot because doing so would violate my oath. The same oath that Charlie promised to uphold. I am ashamed that he was in my unit.
