I am not surprised at all to see that this article gives scientific support to my intuitions that terrorist alarms are being used by the Bush administration to scare voters into supporting their re-election. Bush doesn’t know or care much about legitimate science, but he does know how to push people’s buttons. As an U.S. citizen with very centrist political inclinations I am hoping we can get rid of Bush and begin to shift our political environment away from his radical right-wing evangelical Christian agenda this November 2nd.
