Too many "irregularities" in this so called story (more like a work of fiction).
On your #3 point...Ohio doesn’t use Diebold voting machines. More than 75% of the state uses punch card or optical scan ballots. The counties where Cleveland and Columbus are, as well as a few other counties, do use electronic machines...but they aren’t made by Diebold and certainly are not new!
