Please, Please everyone just stop and think for a moment. We need make just one simple demand of ALL ELECTIONS officials of the 2004 Presidential campaign: PROVE THERE WERE VOTES CAST EVERY WHERE A TALLY IF OFFERED as evidence of an election.
The repubs thought they were smart when they eliminated the receipts and paper trails. Well, it is totally reasonable for anyone to expect that officials could PROVE that votes were cast. In precincts with paper ballots the ballots themselves are offered as proof. If you can not prove an event occured using the rules of evidence then the alleged event is nullified and the results should be thrown out.
A simple demonstration would be a voter goes into a booth and votes then exits and prepares to re-enter after saying Oh I changed my mind now I’m going to vote! Prove that he did vote... Well, the closest thing would be an audit trail that in theory would allow the voter to confirm that he did vote
