I haven’t said much on the thread topic...got sidetracked as I tend to do....so here goes. Yes, it is very possible for the US to "create" directed weather anomalies. The Soviet Union claimed they acquired the ability to do this as early as the 60’s, and you have to think we also have a limited capability to do the same. Physics dictates that directed energy weapons using elongated wavelengths could be used to create earthquakes, as well, though I still resist the notion that these have successfully been created. But, more so than any other facet of this discussion, I find it an unbelievable idea that the cradle of the free world would be irresponsible enough to use such a weapon so wantonly. Naysayers and conspiracy theorists will continue arguing that this, along with the Bam earthquake are "test sites", pointing to the coincidences mentioned throughout the early parts of this string. I say to you that the laws of chance dictate that the similarities between the times and dates of these earthquakes aren’t so prosperously random. As I said, there is a 1:757 chance that this can happen over any two year span, based on the numbers over the past 10 years. To me, those are acceptable odds and certainly can be coincidence. Other than the interesting similarities between the time and date, there is little proof of anything even remotely resembling foul play.
My underlying point here is that the America I know and love would never, ever create such havoc and atrocities for the sake of technology. If this was an act of military might, we’d be best suited turning our gaze toward the former Soviet Union, as they have publicly flaunted the existence of a new, top-secret military weapon system.
