I do not at all find this surprising, especially since Bank of America is involved. I am a victim of B of A abuses and because of their funny accounting they took me for around $20,000 I paid in extra principal on a mortgage. My Congressman at the time was on the House Banking Committee, and of course, nothing was done to get these crooks to admit thier error. I had the documents because B of A sent me loan copies, yet they continues to lie. I’d suggest that anyone using this bank go somewhere else.
