Ummmm....WHY do you think that the Banks not allowing weapons, gold, silver and cash ’out’ during a "NATIONAL EMERGENCY"?
First of all, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU HIDING??
If there WAS a NATIONAL EMERGENCY (How often do these happen?) then EVERYONE would be in the same predicament. For example, the BANKS WOULD BE CLOSED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
Then, WHEN THEY DO OPEN UP, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PAPERWORK. Use your ATM for withdraws etc.
