It is remarkable how close the fringes of Evangelical Christianity are to Islamic jihadists politically. Their demands and agenda’s are frighteningly similar. I tend to agree with those who say that these are essentially medieval world views dragged into the 21st century. Consequently I think that they are morally and ethically incapable of embracing true democracy.
