I am, at least, happy for the abundant wildlife who have seemed to magically flourish since ’The Wake’ of the disaster. I think Chernobyl is one of the only places on earth where wildlife can really and truly; survive, grow, reproduce, and multiply, rather than get burned alive and slaughtered by human pastoral expansion. Animals in Chernobyl, and proximally beyond, are relatively free from human exploits. Therefore, they are permitted to live.
Let’s look at the positives instead of the negatives of this terrible tragity. Because, Chernobyl may be the last place on Earth where different animals exist in natural harmony, free from human predation and destruction.
