Since the earpiece and receiver are wireless, it seems to me that the frequency used should be easy to find with a proper scanner.
Perhaps someone can (did?) jam the transmission during the next debate, or...better yet, feed Bush answers that are even more off point than his normal responses, or... play the Dixie Chicks’ greatest hits for him.
