All your condesension aside, I’m not surprise that "We" are surprised.We’ve been conditioned to believe the President of the United States has moral obligations to us, right up there with God and all His Saints: and he is innocent until proven guilty like what finally happened to tricky Dick Nixon.
We’re naive. That’s the reason people vote for him and continue to support him. Who our President wrong? Who, me wrong? We’re too lazy and selfish to learn we are wrong. It’s easier to be naive. Maybe if they live to be my age they will get over themselves and chose to seek truth instead of self affirmation.
