I believe that the Indian & Pakistain Government, whose underground testing of nuclear warheads on a tetonic plate are responsible. I don’t believe that anyone should speak for God, Ali, or Yaweh(what ever you may call god). I think that scientific analysis will prove that blowing up nuclear warheads over tetonic plates, 20 to 40 miles under the earths’ crust will cause such earthquakes.
