Even if it were possible to intentionally create earthquakes, raising that possibility is a joke because it cannot currently be proven. Since it is therefore a joke, mentioning it in the same breath as the 911 cover-up , which CAN be proven, reduces the seriousness of that crime to a joke. It is safe to assume that the earthquake story is a plant, designed to reduce any questioning of the government to conspiracy paranoia.
