This is obvious manslaughter. He drowned in a place probably surrounded by many other soldiers. Believe me or not, it takes time to drown all by yourself, one would really do a lot to try not to drown and call for help. If he drowned quickly, then somebody should have ’assisted’ his drowning. Even he drowned all by himself, people who hadn’t help him should be accused of murder.
