"Why is it acceptable for the US government to spend billions killing innocent civilians, but won’t fund the cost sof building new public high schools in the urban centers of these democratic United States of America?"
Because education is historically and traditionally the responsibility of local and state government. Federalism 101. You didn’t learn that in Social Studies in the 7th grade?
