The question being missed is...why would we allow this man, who has lied to the American people and to congress to get us into a war of aggression, to decide a supreme court judge who will remain in power for years to come? We all know he is an unelected madman who should not be making further decisions for our country. Bush should not be in office right now and our efforts should be to remove him and bring our troops home ASAP. If we go to the root of the problem, then we can stop wasting time on all of the other smaller issues.
