Dear Cindy, My thoughts and prayers are with you. There are so many of us, your fellow Americans, who share your grief, and are disgusted by the actions and inactions of this man who dares to call himself a leader. I wish that I could be there with you! Stay strong. I know that your son is proud of you. I was appalled by the comment from someone who said that your son signed on for this. I know he didn’t. He signed on to defend our country, and in return to receive an education. My son did the same thing. No one would knowingly sign up for the Bush agenda of killing and pillaging in the name of democracy. Those of us who work for a living are of no concern to Bush. The good news is that there are more of us than there are of the privileged elite that he represents.
