Is Homeland Security for the USA or is it for the "HOMELAND" in the middle east.

In fact if you take the actual phrase "homeland" it would imply that who ever decided on this phrase did so to indicate in a subtle but direct way that this department was to serve directly under the authority of the executive with out regard to our congress or other national intelligence agencies in its scope of authority or ablities to act. In fact if you view the word "homeland" as just that a person using this phrase would use it to indicate a place other than the USA. Because the USA already is the United States of America, not the "homeland". Such a phrase when viewed from an psyhcological crimal investigators point of view seems to indicate that the "homeland" that is to be secured is OUTSIDE the USA borders, and is the "homeland" of some people. Now let me ask a few questions and you decide.

1. What people in the middle east are struggling constantly to establish their "homeland"?
2. What homeland in the middle east is in need of "security"?
3. What people in the US would view that land in the middle east as their "homeland"?
4. What people would benifit from a closely controll military intelligence organization that could bypass the congressional authority of the constitution and it’s own "homeland" uses the military intelligence community to "run the government" the way its sees fit.
5. What country in the middle east views all its neighbors as "mortal enemies" of old and would require and on going program of "homeland security" to protect its largely illegal actions from the date of its formation.
6. What people in the middle east have organizations that train their young to protect the "homeland" from the indiginous people and those that are "not one of them"
7. Why is the primary function of homeland security to protect us from so called terrorist including free speech individuals, web sites, and publications that offer alternative views and truth oriented discussion and debate.
8. Why does "homeland security" have one of the largest PR budgets of any government agency and why are its operations not subject to congressional oversite. If they are to protect the actual USA then it would make sense that the people of the USA would be informed of their work and their need to exist.
9. Why does the "need to have homeland security" exist...? Where is the homeland that "HOMELAND SECURITY" was created for EXIST? It seems not to be in the US, as free speech and web sites are not the REAL PRESSING in a democracy that is free and open to share information and create awareness. But if that is not what HOMELAND SECURITY is protecting then I ask:

1. What group of individuals would benifit from tight control of information and disinformation?
2. Why does the media not "INVESTIGATE the REASONS and MOTIVES" of HOMELAND SECURITY and the PATRIOT acts... Could it be that the elitist investors here and back in the "homeland" have other plans for the US and its citizens. Think about it and who motivated congress to accept and legalize it without any real public debate as to its real intended purpose?
3. Who would and has in the past used "secret organizations of intelligence" like "HOMELAND SECURITY to drive their war strategy?
4. What is the real and eventual purpose of HOMELAND SECURITY, TSA, and other NEW MILITARY INTELLIGENCE ARMS of the CORPORATE controlled media and banking systems?
5. DOES the PROFITS of WAR have anything to do with it?
6. What notable group of bankers invested heavily in its corporate components and aligned its policies with what "homeland" in the middle east?

Think about this home many of us thought of our own country as the HOMELAND?
And which group of people do you know that use this phrase over and over in reference to their country...???? Hmmmm...
