THE IMPERIALISTIC DISEASE DE FIDEL AND MANOBRAS YANKIS

But, from Washington, the internacinal right, the legitimacy of the States and the Governments, the self-determination of the towns, the national sovereignty of each country, are seen as dead letter and is not respectable but only like instruments for the application of their policies. There where he interests to them they are created equipped with the right and the authority to take part, haciend or to fly all the social, political, diplomatic institucionalidad of the world for benefit of their anxieties of being able and dominion.
