Syria: The whole truth. Game on!
What is going on in the Middle East is the beginning of something far bigger. It stretches from the shores of California to the coastline of Kamchatka, engulfing the Satanic hordes of NATO, in turn controlled by the gray and sinister cliques which gravitate around the White House. The fetid breath of world war three whispers in our ears. Read on…
World War Three is long overdue and seems once again to rest squarely on the shoulders of the FUKUS-Axis (…)

Poland Gives Green Light to Massive Fracking Efforts
4 February 2012There is perhaps no more controversial energy source after nuclear than “hydraulic fracturing,” or “fracking,” of subterranean shale deposits containing pockets of natural gas.
While the process can liberate previously unusable sources of natural gas, political, environmental and scientific concerns have risen along with production, as evidence mounts that fracking is responsible for everything from polluting subterranean aquifers to causing regional earthquakes.
But no matter – during (…) -
THE GENIUS OF CHAVEZ
3 February 2012President Chavez presented his annual report on activities carried out in 2011 and his program for 2012 to the Venezuelan Parliament. After thoroughly carrying out the formalities required by this important activity, he addressed the official state authorities, members of parliament from all parties, and supporters and opposition members who had come to the Assembly to participate in the country’s most solemn act.
As usual, the Bolivarian leader was gracious and respectful to all those (…) -
Tell the board of Susan G. Komen for a Cure: Don’t throw Planned Parenthood under the bus!
3 February 2012The Republican plan to defund Planned Parenthood is working — but if we take action now we may be able to stop the latest attack on women’s right to health care.
It was just announced that Susan G. Komen for a Cure, America’s largest charity to fight breast cancer, will no longer fund a program that provides free or low-cost breast cancer screenings for millions of women who get their health care from Planned Parenthood.1 This is a huge blow.
In abruptly pulling $700,000 in funding (…) -
CLEARING THE GROUND FOR WAR AGAINST IRAN
2 February 2012There is a frightening crescendo building towards war in the Middle East. The UN is debating a resolution on Syria demanding regime change. This follows the withdrawal of the Arab League delegation there and calls for intervention. The US military is clearing the ground for war against Iran.
In a report to Congress, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper claimed that Iranian leaders "are now more willing to conduct an attack in the United States." (…) -
U.S. - China Energy Trade War Imminent?
2 February 2012Washington loves free trade – if it produces a surplus for the U.S. In an election year, with a modest economic recovery underway, American politicians are trumpeting their credentials in saving and creating jobs and protectionism sentiment against foreign products is rising. And the number one target? China. Hardly surprising, as during the period January-November China’s surplus balance of trade with the U.S. reached $272 billion, almost 8 percent higher than that registered during (…)

Letter of february to Obama.
1 February 2012Mr President Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue N.W.
Washington DC 20500
Mr President,
It is already the month of February 2012, and the five Cuban patriots, Gerardo Hernández, Antonio Guerrero, Fernando González, Ramón Labañino, and René González, are still not liberated. You cannot say that René González is free, as your justice system does not allow him to return to his country; in consequence, his life is in danger.
In my last letter to you, I wrote how we are a (…) -
The weeks’ nuclear news to February 1
1 February 2012Australia: The Australian media excelled itself in its distortion of news on Aboriginal protest in Canberra. There may be an investigation into the violence there – violence not from the Aborigines, but from the police. Focus on this incident obscured a deeper problem – the draft Constitutional changes which include entrenching the discrimination and land-grabbing that goes on in the interests of the uranium/nuclear industry. The Commission’s full report is available at: www.brc.gov (…)

The unfulfilled promises of microcredit: some new evidence
31 January 2012Muhammad Yunus, 2006 Nobel Peace Prize laureate and founder of the Grameen Bank, made the promise of a world without poverty thanks to the magic of microfinance and social business . Since the main problem of poor people was, he said, that they are denied access to capital and markets, the way to release them from the grip of poverty was to lend them small amounts of money. The micro-borrowers would then become competitive micro-entrepreneurs in ultimately rewarding markets. Furthermore, the (…)
