An Easy Viable Way of Taking the Money Out of the Election Process

Well after seeing so many people saying what we can do about all the money spent to be elected, I sat and thought for a few minutes, and came up with this, when any candidate takes office he accepts an oath of office. Why not make each candidate when applying for office, fill out a questionnaire, of their interpretation of the constitution and bill of rights and all subsequent amendments. Sign a form stating that the first time a decision is made by me that deviates from my interpretation, no proceedings will be necessary for my removal; I will from henceforth lose all privileges to run for any other public office. Then these questionnaires answered results could be mailed to each household , and we would all know how they stand, and be able to make an informed decision from this, and no money would be needed other than stamps. Think about it, I did for a few minutes.
