Letter to the World re Oz, US War Crimes, worsening Climate Genocide & 3 billion victim Muslim Holocaust

Dear Fellow Terran,

Re US Alliance & Australian (Oz) War Crimes & Climate Genocide.

Murder is the deliberate, knowing taking of human life. According to Article 2 of the UN Genocide Convention, Mass Murder or Holocaust becomes Genocide when it involves deliberate, knowing “intent to destroy in whole or in part a national, ethnic, racial or religious group”. [1].

Genocidal mass killing can occur violently (through bombs and bullets) or non-violently (through deprivation and deprivation-exacerbated disease). [2].

Mass Murder, Holocaust or Genocide through deliberate, knowing deprivation violates Articles 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War which state that an Occupier is obliged to provide life-sustaining food and medical assistance to its Conquered Subjects “to the fullest extent of the means available to it”. [3].

UN Population Division and UNICEF data show that the “annual death rate” is 7.0% for under-5 year old infants in Occupied Afghanistan as compared to 0.1% (for infants in the Occupier country Australia) and 2.9% (inmates of the Nazi German Buchenwald Concentration Camp); WHO data show that the “total annual per capita medical expenditure” permitted by the Occupiers in Occupied Afghanistan is US$29 as compared to US$ 3,122 and US$6,714 for major Occupiers Australia and the US, respectively. [4].

Worsening Climate Genocide is predicted to kill 10 billion non-European people this century due to unaddressed climate change (2 billion Indians and 3 billion Muslims in a final Muslim Holocaust), with world-leading annual per capita greenhouse gas polluters the US and Australia being major, deliberate and knowing perpetrators. [5].

All war criminals and climate criminals must be urgently arraigned before the International Criminal Court (ICC). For a safe and sustainable existence for all peoples and all species the atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration must be urgently reduced from the present dangerous circa 390 parts per million (ppm) to 300 ppm. [6].
