Video: Doreen Hicks: “Healthcare is a Human Right!”

On Wednesday morning, Feb. 23, 2011, activists rallied at Lawyers Mall, in front of the State House, in Annapolis, MD. They are urging the General Assembly to adopt a bill, entitled: “Maryland Health Security Act.” It calls for a state single-payer healthcare system.
