A couple of points to note
1) The Pentagon was hit in an uninabited corner
2)The WTC had been evacuated for he weekend and had just a few earlybirds working at the time of 9/11. The death toll in a normal situation could have been 100,000 to 200,00 people
How convenient that the buildings were almost uninhabited by WTC standards.
