Look at the light sentences for white collar crimes compared to victimless crimes of substance abuse while protecting tobacco, and booze (nothing but hypocrites) the blacks are continually discriminated against, evewn executed for crimes they did not commit. The worst thing in our system of injustice is the Supreme court being controlled by the Republicans, and is the most shameful legal entity because they are the highest court in the land and should not be a branch of a political party. Scalia wouldn’t rule to let the facts come out about V.P. Dick Chicanery’s energy task force because he went hunting with Chicanery the week before he ruled not to force Chicanery to disclose facts to the public who are entitled to open government not back room deals for your rich friends who is cutting you a bribe, etc., then there is the biggest criminal in corporate history Kenny Boy Lay who has been able to entirely skirt the system, not only will he get a free pass, he won’t even have to appear in court and he bilked investors and the state of California electric companies out of billions, the IRS gave his company Enron millions of tax payers dollars on "rebates" for money they never even paid in the first place, and you sit around and pretend that Lynn Stewart’s little nothing crime is actually a problem in the cesspool that is the justice system of the USA.
