thats an incredibly stupid statement. how does this help to fight the war on terrorism? if we are attacked by terrorists, then homeland security is allowed to hold on to OUR property till they, and IF they think it should be given back to it’s rightful owners. thats almost as bad as saying that we are fighting a war on terrorism to protect the homeland, meanwhile the mexican border is still WIDE OPEN, and they have no REAL plans of securing it. how can you fight a war on terrorism, while leaving our borders open? how does holding on to peoples possessions help to fight terrorism? how is this required to fight terrorism????
