I work for a large bank also, I deal with safe deposit boxes... I have heard nothin of the sort... if homeland security was at a bofa branch there must of been something there at that bank in the box... HOmeland security dept would be doing these things with some high level corporate officers... not a branch manger.
also if you were demanding to know about bank policy & homeland security... and the bank wasn’t suppost to tell you about it. demanding to know or else, will just get you the "or else".... I would expect to hear the banker say" sign here to close your box and accounts".
