WHY are they REALLY doing this? Blackmail? Insider info to profit on market?
WHO are they REALLY spying on? Democratic candidates, reporters whistleblowers?
THEN MAKE IT UNATTRACTIVE TO ENABLE THIS ADMINISTRATION
