WIFI and Satellite Communication needs special hardware support and would also need some suspicious antennas around the voting areas.
Come on?! The danger is in lack of electricity, so people can’t record their votes or might not come back later, as in pre-elections in Florida or the system crashes and all votes in that areas are lost and of course the voting process would not being repeated.
The fancy registration and identification law works already in the hands of the GOP. Be surprised.
