Legally, the Repug Party is supposed to reimburse The People, or the federal government for the costs associated with actual political/capmpaign purposes when Air Force One is used to transport the President. Of course, whether that is actually ever done, only a FOIA request can verify. Of course bush probably won’t complywith such a request, because only he decides what lawshe and his out of pocket administration/party will follow.
Frankly, most or the majority of WE, The People, just don’t care - so a revolution, a real street demonstration, nationwide strikes, protests everyday, is at least 20 years down the road. The USA will have to be reduced to pretty much rubble before WE, The People, will care or believe any of the current events occurring now has any effect on our lives/country.
I am not a natural optimist, but even I am feeling so hopeless now about the USA.
