Seems to me the supression of anyone’s first ammendment rights should be treated as what it is, unconstitutional. This guy Hardaway should be able to say whatever he wants. He didn’t call for stringing anyone up did he? He wasn’t calling for any illegal behavior, was he? He’s entitled to his opinion. We don’t have to listen.
