And US housing prices are sliding towards a devastating crash — due in part to homeowner’s greed (using paper equity increase as ATM machines, buying huge McMansions, overstating income, speculating, falling for ARM mortgages for short-term gratification).
And due even more to traitorous economic policies (unprecedented trade deficit, illegal and immoral war costs, manufacturing base outsourced and devasted, borders opened with preferences to illegals, unbacked toilet-paper-currency...)
