The whole Democratic Party establishment of pushing benefits onto small businesses only increases this. Instead of universal health care we are forced to stay in jobs to keep our benefits or suffer comparative to the population if we choose to be mavericks. This decreases entrepreneurship spirit among the less wealthy and hurts small business the most.
