Some feedback and possible typos - or perhaps I missed something.
In the several paragraphs above and below the footnote notation [46] Are mentioned General Mahmoud Ahmad, the Pakistani ISI chief, also referred to as Lt. General Ahmad, General Mahmoud, General Mahmood, and General Ahmad. I presume these are all the same person?
Yes, I believe he had $100,000 wired to Mohammad Atta to make it look like Atta and "Al Quaeda Arabs" did 9/11. This person, using the name Atta conspicuosly went to a strip joint the night before boasting he was an "American Airlines Pilot". He left his flight training manual for the 767 in his car along with his Quaran for the police to find later.
There is a fair amount of information that this person was actually a Mossad agent, along with other members of his family. I refer you to the website "how911was done.com". He also met with Israeli lobbyist Jack Abramoff a couple of weeks prior to the attacks.
I found the article by googling Richard Armitage, one of those responsible for my fatal plane crash on July 16, 1999. They also crashed the Egyptair 990 on Halloween night 1999 (217 dead including 33 high ranking Egyptian Military Officers and 100 Americans)
