The Greek debt crisis and the end of Social Europe

5 July 2011, 01:41, by gmathol

Its not the hard working Greece, Englishmen or Frenchmen who hits the streets in protest. Often time it is the public employee, which f. e. in UK has to fear that his pension of 10.000 USD a month will be cut down to 8000 or 7000 USD a month.

That is the paradox.

German have introduced the Hartz IV laws which creates austerity measures for almost 21 million German people, who can’t find jobs or working in jobs which don’t pay enough.

Nevertheless, European countries still keep their so called defense spending, some have extra money to bomb Libya into stone age.

The movement which will be needed to bring a change, won’t form until the pain we all feel will become unbearable.

Revolution in Greece? Forget it! It seems possible that even a military dictatorship will be allowed by the EU again.
