Actually morons, Bush’s time was not near up, his light was still green, and Lehrer didn’t try to interupt him, nor did Kerry, as per the rules. Also, Bush had not paused , he was stammering just before he said "let me finish" stammering as if his train of thought was interupted by someone talking to/distracting him.
