After noticing the obvious droop in the left side of W’s mouth, I’m thinking it’s more likely he was wearing something akin to the LifeVest™ from LifeCOR, or some another similar device. As far as hearing voices, I don’t think he needs a device for that :)
Also, there is a photo online showing the same rectangular bulge while he’s wearing a t-shirt and driving a vehicle at his, ahem, ranch.
