How are we safer? Is it because Bush kept saying we are safer at least 10+ times in his speachs? Heres a good one for you. The only reason America felt "unsafe" was because of 9-11. 9-11 was blamed on Osama Bin Laden. Well then why did Bush say he is not concerned with Osama?
