The official value for election turnout is 52%. However, in my voting district, as in all, the sign in book that we sign prior to casting a vote WAS FULL!!!!!. What am I trying to say? Take a random sample of the sign in books from different voting districts - any voting districts. THEY WILL BE FULL!!!!. The actual turnout was virtually 100%.
