The challenge with democracy is that 51% get to decide for 49%. That’s the way it works, that’s the rule. I would hope that everyone on this forum accepts this. As a left wing democrat I love democracy. And so I live by it.
It’s time to accept defeat. Understand why and work on doing better next time.
Denial will get us nowhere. We’ve lost, let’s learn from our loss so that next time we have a chance to win. And in the next four years, if we are reasonable there is also a good change that GWB will move more to the center and be more reasonable. If we dablle in ridiculous conspiracy theories, why would he even want to take us into account? Would you?
