Yes it is inconceivable that Bush could have done anything honest...we have watched him lie about everything from being a uniter not a divider, to not knowing we would be attacked by Bin Laden, to why we had to go to war before the Iraqis used their nuclear weapons on us, and all of the other too numerous to name blatant lies, why would any one think he would be honest about his election???
