I commend you on this reply, and would support a 3rd-party investigation into the Ohio problem. Integrity is at the crux of the debate, as is the Ohio BOE’s role in managing the election.
However, I think the Imminent Domain issue and the vote are independent of each other. They do share a common thread, though - the people don’t vote for pork barrel projects but somehow they manage to pass legislation.
