Only a corrupt, small mind would conclude that a company (in this cas KBR) is following good business practice in light of the shit that has been revealed. Unless of course your company is in the business of bilking the customer. All indications point to this being another way to profit from war,(in the pattern of Prescott Bush in WWII).
