If this had been an episode in JAG then the guilty ones would have been jailed for a long long time and the family of the victim would have got justice. Now, that is just the Navys and the Marines PR at work and the reality is that they can kill inocent people, kill women and children, torture people and sexual abuse young women infront of their fathers as a torture method and get away with it. No one will get convicted for this and if they are they will only get fired from the Marines and wont have to do a single day in jail.
