You shouldnt punish someone in the form of murder for their incapabilities. This is a perfect example of a dumb drill instructor on a power trip. I went to school with jason, and was friends with him. He would never hurt a soul and would do whatever someone asked of him. I hope the truth is brought out in this case, although im sure it will be covered up by someone who gets paid to do just that.
