I agree, the media makes it seem so cool to be in the marines. my son is in boot camp right now , but wants out. he should be coming home soon, he got really depressed and they said that hes out. but first they convinced him that his family would be ashamed of him and that he let us down, none of which is true. I am so glad he will be coming home, I can finally worry less. but I’m not sure when hell be here, i guess they just put him on a bus, no phone to call us , no money to get a drink or a snack, its a long ride on a bus from SC to OH. They won’t tell us anything even when to pick him up!
