I disagree—Canada pulled far more than her share of the wight in WWII. Lately, though, the country has disappointed. They decided a few years back that any long-range military airlift capability was unnecessary. That’s why they initially sent zero assistance to the areas damaged by the tsunami. But I’m not willing to write ’em off yet.
