> THE MEMO is the final straw: Bush and Blair must be prosecuted

11 May 2005, 19:03

thanx - glad it made sense .... I realized I didn’t even mention Bush’s attempt to destroy Social Security! ... the list goes on.

Agree that the "Jews" are not *the* problem. The Israel State has been a *part* of the problem for a long time; and our complete & unquestioning support for them a huge part of the problem.

Follow the money as they say. The U.S. has had a long and sordid history in interfering with middle east politics - and that’s why they don’t trust us, if not downright hate us. Now that we’ve occupied a country that was defenseless and not part of the problem; we’ve compounded the real problem 100 fold.
We now look like the imperialistic country they always feared we were - we’ve compounded the problem, and not fixed a single one of the original problems (see #32 below).

The list goes on:
31) Attempting to destroy Social Security; and if not that, he’ll reduce the benefits for a huge chunk of the population that is fixing to retire (the only safety net that most of them have!). They say they "can’t afford it!" A huge lie.
32) Lying about Al Quaeda "hating our freedom." It’s clear that Bin Laden’s main complaints was our presence in Saudi Arabia, where we set up permanent bases after the 1st Gulf War (our fault!); and also our absolute support of Israel even though they refused to leave the occupied territories and killed 16 Palestinians to every 1 Israli; also, the U.S. vetoed every UN sanction against Israel’s war/occupation crimes (our fault). Our freedom was never an issue, it’s what we did with our freedom that were issues. We have a long sordid history of interfering in middle-east politics.
33) and and and
